Gratitude Butterflying

The Strategist Behind Gratitude Coaching

I’m Dewdrop Shaheena, Executive Gratitude Coach. Based in Jeddah and working across the GCC, I partner with leaders and teams to design sustainable, high-performance cultures rooted in Islamic Gratitude and Prophetic leadership. So results stay high without fear-driven pressure, burnout risk, or loss of dignity.

With over 25 years of experience spanning Finance, HR, People Development, and Coach Training, I bring both operational discipline and human depth to leadership culture design. I’ve coached 1,000+ individuals, trained 500+ employees, and certified 50+ professional coaches—with millions of views across social platforms amplifying this work at scale.

My understanding of gratitude and resilience wasn't learned in a seminar. It was built through lived responsibility.

The origin

In 2010, I navigated a season of severe personal hardship—domestic violence trauma, intense anxiety, a spinal injury, and the realities of raising two children as a single mother without financial support. I was told my circumstances were my destiny.

I chose a different path. Through solutions thinking and deep reliance on Allah (tawakkul), I rebuilt from the ground up. That journey taught me something I now bring into every leadership room: Gratitude isn’t passive appreciation; it is a practised discipline of recognising value, resources, support, and responsibility, even under pressure.

The corporate operator

Before coaching, I led inside high-pressure systems across finance, HR, and entrepreneurship, often within government-facing audit and compliance environments where accountability isn’t optional. I collaborated with auditors, lawyers, government stakeholders, and parent-company leadership to strengthen controls, protect execution reliability, and ensure systems could withstand scrutiny.

That work demanded long hours and real operational grit: writing and implementing procedures, building reporting discipline, and holding steady when resistance was high. In HR leadership, I led people operations across a 350+ employee population, navigating high-pressure dynamics while protecting dignity, clarity, and delivery.

In parallel, I ran a 10-person family business and operated a printing establishment, wearing every hat, from raising finance and training to operations, delivery, and keeping equipment running. Those years taught me the true cost of “heroics” and why sustainable leadership requires both ethics and nervous-system capacity.

I learned early that spreadsheets don’t fix organisations. Cultures do. When amanah, or trust, erodes, when fear replaces clarity, and when knowledge is hoarded, performance may continue, but the organisation pays for it through friction, turnover, and nervous system debt.

This lived experience now informs my work in Gratitude Coaching, where I help leaders strengthen how they interpret pressure, regulate their responses, and lead with greater responsibility, trust, and sustained performance.

The Mission

Today, based in Jeddah, I combine operational leadership experience with research expertise developed through a Master of Research Studies and my ongoing PhD research. My work explores Gratitude Coaching and Prophetic Leadership as pathways to burnout recovery and the development of sustainable high-performance cultures.

I support leaders facing modern pressures such as constant urgency, heavy meetings, and “always-on” demands that can dysregulate the nervous system over time.

I created the Prophetic Peak Performance (P3) System to bridge the gap between neuroscience-informed nervous system regulation and the timeless ethics of Prophetic Leadership, including integrity, mercy, accountability, wisdom, gratitude, and tawakkul.

My goal is simple: to help you turn trust strain and burnout risk into sustained high performance without compromising humanity, health, or faith. I do this by designing gratitude cultures rooted in Prophetic Leadership, then amplifying that leadership through a credible LinkedIn voice that strengthens trust internally and influence externally.

The Human Side

I’m a lifelong learner, a researcher, and a mother who believes women play extraordinary leadership roles in shaping the next generation. I also believe human potential exists in abundance when we lead with truth, trust, gratitude, and regulated presence.

Whether you are a CEO strengthening trust and succession readiness or a leader rebuilding clarity under pressure, I’m here to help you lead with calm strength and build results that carry barakah.

Next step: Send “CULTURE” with your organisation context, and I’ll share the best-fit pathway.

Today, I earn from home. I travel around. I can work/rest when I want. I have a follower base who loves my work. I am educated. I serve. I live in abundance. I feel awesome.
I smile and inspire others to smile through my healing program. Every moment is intentional.
Yesteryears, I was broke, in pain, and felt choiceless, and I thought it was my destiny. I could only cry and felt leaving the world was my only option. Depression engulfed me.
It was overwhelming, and I couldn't smile. I didn't know what to do.
My Learnings:  Trust Allah and call upon Him. He answers prayers, but we must also trust His timing. Entrepreneurship/Executive Leadership is a lonely journey, and success is not an accident. It is having a clear vision, hard work, perseverance, learning, unlearning, and a lot of sacrifice.
